Today when I took out my chickens I realized that one chicken had a weird looking eye and I checked it and it was watery and the eye could barley stay open. She’s been eating and drinking water perfectly fine the only thing that concerns me is if her eye will be ok.

She may have been pecked around the eyelid, but this can also be a sign of a respiratory disease such as MG. You can clean her eye and apply a dab of Terramycin eye ointment twice daily. Plain Neosporin ointment can be used if you cannot get Terramycin. Tylosin a powder antibiotic that is added to the water can be given to treat symptoms. Have you seen any sneezing crackles or wheezing? Here is a link for tylosin:

Is there anything we can do to treat her eye instead of buying the ointments?

Saline in the eye to wash it, and I really would recommend the eye ointments. Most people have some Triple Antibiotic Ointment or Polysporin for first aid. If you have a Dollar Tree, Triple Antibiotic Ointment is a dollar. At least use the saline which is 2 tsp of table salt dissoved and boiled in 1 quart/liter of water, and cooled. If you see any pus around the eye, it should be removed.
