It could be one of 2 things- injury or illness. Which would you guess?

Bear in mind that there are a few things to consider when making this call. Have you brought in any new birds lately? Are wild birds in close proximity to your flock? Is this bird new or from an outside source? Any other birds sneezing, wheezing, die suddenly, or also have running eyes or nose? Is the drainage foamy, bubbly, or just fluid?

I have determined she is ill. This morning rooster was coughing or sneezing had runny eye also. His looked like pus or infection. I have got them on duramycin-10 mixed at 800mg per gallon of water. Now what else can I do? They are in a pen by themselves so no need to worry about rest at this time. No new chickens but have moved them to a new spot could this have something to do with it? First time with chickens and first time one has gotten sick on me. Any advice please and thanks.

Moving them would not make them sick unless they were already ill and the stress of moving them brought out symptoms. I have a zero tolerance policy on respiratory illnesses, so I can only offer very limited advice. The antibiotic of choice for this particular issue is injectible Tylan 50. You might consider having them tested to see if they have acquired one of the CRDs.

Good luck.
