watery eye?

I noticed today that 2 of my 14 week old chicks had a closed eye. On closer inspection, it was almost like they had sleep in their eye, sort of stuck down with kak..

any ideas as to what it might be, and how to fix it.

I would flush with saline twice a day and keep an eye out for any respitory problems . But it may go away on its own but important to keep flushed and open. You can also use terrecymin ointment from feed store on eye to fight infection or bro sporting without pain reliever in it.
