Watery from vent!!!

Noticed some clear watery discharge in the bottom of one of my nesting boxes this morning. It was also in the ladder going from my coop to run, looked like it had come from vent! Any ideas???

Update: extremely small amount of poop, maybe inch long diameter of a pencil.

To be honest...I’m not quite sure which of my 12 ladies it is

It’s gone for the most part but I still am not sure what to do. Is it poop? What can I do to prevent this?
