I am not an expert but it appears to be poop to me. I've been reading around, looking for answers for one of my hens as well - with clear watery stool; if there are no other symptoms, it could be from drinking a lot of water.
If you don't see any changes in any of your chickens (behavior, eating/drinking, laying eggs) then I wouldn't worry too much. Just keep an eye on them.
