Watery poop, sick quail

Hi, I know I posted a thread before about this but nothing seems to be helping.
I'm so sad, I talked like more than 5 vets and they all said they only examine cats and dogs.
My female quail is sick for 3-4 days. She is always standing still, I didn't see her sit for the last 3 days.
At first she was pooping slimy watery things and now she poops yellow liquid with green poops in it. She also pooped brown liquid 3 times.

She doesn't eat on her own. Every 3 hours I feed her by hand. I gave her yogurt , her feed and a little bit of cooked rice.
I also gave her vitamin and amoxicillin (total 12mg per day) yesterday and this morning. Because that's the only thing I can do since no vet helps me and I have nothing else at home.
I don't know if I'm doing right but that's all i could.

If anyone knows anything about what is her problem and how can I help her I would be more than happy

“Your description sounds like Ulcerative enteritis. Lethargic, retracked neck and head, fluffed up appearance, droopy wings, partially closed eyes, diarrhoea, watery feces, yellow or white in color.

“Treatment is Streptomycin, 44gm/liter of drinking water. Quail have an 100% mortality rate. Must start medication 48 to 96 hours after first noticing the illness but it's not a guarantee that they will survive, as this disease spreads rapidly.

The best prevention is strict biosecurity protocols. Clean waterers, feeders, sanitary conditions....even flies can spread the bacterium responsible for the infection.”

see if a vet will give you the meds he recommends even without seeing her, or check local feed stores, different countries/states have different pharmacy laws. Where I live, people often try buying medicine at pet stores that are to treat fish, because you can’t just get meds elsewhere, but other states, you can just buy them at the feed store. I’ve lived overseas and some places you can just get the meds if you know the name to tell the pharmacist.

Well, I obviously researched the medicine he mentioned. If I'm not wrong it is given by injection and I don't know how to give her injections. I think any vet would be against the idea selling me that medicine because it's a strong antibiotic and here the law prohibits us to purchase antibiotics whenever we want.

It's not like I'm ignoring to give her streptomycin. I have no access to it.
Also she is pooping all kinds of droppings. I really don't understand what's the problem.
