I have a flock of 5, about 8 weeks old. One has watery poop. No blood, greenish, not much mucous that I can tell- just watery. All are acting, eating/drinking fine. He’s had it from the start. It is very hot here (100*+), but we bring them in at night or if when it hits 97-100* outside. They have plenty of water and eat medicated chick feed. What can I do to stop his diarrhea? It’s mostly green, and water. Most of the water already soaked into the grass.

Welcome To BYC

This chick has had watery poop since hatch? If so, then it may be normal for this chick.

In hot weather, they can drink a lot which will cause looser poop.

If he's acting fine, eating/drinking and active, then I wouldn't worry too much.

If he seems off, is lethargic and doesn't move about a lot, then I'd treat for Coccidiosis.

You don't mention if you are in the U.S. or someplace else. Treatment options and availability can vary, but you can use Amprolium, Toltrazuril or a sulfa antibiotic to treat Coccidiosis.
