Wattles and combs

My black sex linked chicks and buff orpingtons are the same ages we were told. We got them at TS 8 weeks ago and were told they were 4 days old.

So the math says they are around 9 weeks old. One of the black sex linked has had a larger comb since a few weeks ago and I noticed today that her wattles are growing as well. The other also has a little start to her wattles. The two buff orps have red faces, but no real growth on the wattles and not much comb growth.

Normal for 9 weeks? Or are they possibly older? I got a picture of both black ones and one of the buff orps.
