I started second guessing myself and went to research and google was not much help. Can hens have red wattles? I have 2 that look pretty different. I have 2 other roosters the same age (black copper Maran and a barred rock) and it is *obvious* they are boys. These Polish chicks are not crowing and don’t give off any other masculine signs, but they’re my first polish so I don’t know all of the nuances :) Thank you!

I think they're Mottled Houdans.... I'm seeing five toes, correct? I think it's just close to lay and the difference in wattles is due to one being bearded and one not. @Overo Mare , do you think pullet too?
Now looking back at the pictures, I think one has 4 toes on one foot and 5 on the other (though the 5th toe looks more like a spur than a toe) and the other one has 4 toes on each foot. But they do have different leg color than polish.

I'm seeing extra toes on each bird. They're too young for large spurs. My bets are on them being Houdans

Definitely Houdan, though one pulley has only 4 toes on one foot? Is that normal?
