Waving back from the Lafayette area - I think that counts as NW Indiana

I'm hatching buckeye eggs this spring - was sent more eggs than I expected by a generous flock owner, and would be happy to share a baby pullet and baby rooster with you in a few months, if you change your mind and want a few youngsters. If I'm lucky, mine will be hatching soon (fingers crossed!) and should be laying age by September.

By the way, if you would like a decorative young half-bantam blue (read: grey colored) crested rooster, I'm looking for a good home for 2 guys: They're roughly 3 1/2 to 4 Lb in size, about the same as a leghorn hen. I just have too many baby roosters at this point. :) One is silkie feathered and has furry legs; the other has bare legs and is a little larger and lighter in color, with a graceful tail. Both are roosters so of course they have a little bit of an attitude, but are too small to do anything worse than nip at your ankles.

Best - exop
