wazine in the rain, repeat?

Found out last night that my chickens have worms after a very unpleasant visual of wiggling poo.

Added Wazine to their water last night but it's raining today. When it rains they tend to drink out of puddles on the ground instead of their nice clean waterers.

Should I repeat the Wazine again on Friday when it's not supposed to rain and then go from that date to repeat in 10 days with the ivermectin pour on?

Thanks for any advice.
