We can't have a rooster in our area. Anyone know of rescues that will take roosters in Ohio?

You could look for a local farm for him to live at.
He would probably have a better life at a farm running free range, than cooped up at a rescue centre.

Agree! We are hoping to find someone. Rescues are our last resort. He's very sweet and we want him to have a good life.

Welcome! Try posting signs with a photo at your local feed stores, craigs list (maybe), and your state thread here. It is difficult to find a home for extra cockerels, but sometimes will be possible. Good luck! Mary
