It's been a month since you got your tarp, I was just wondering if your still happy with it? Hope so.

YES many times over!! We are in our stretch of over a 100.

Every year we have a very hot period and we are in it. Am amazed how much cooler it feels the minute I step into the pen.Great stuff !!

Working on getting an area for the horses!

I didn't keep real good track of the costs. Most of the lumber and siding I had around the house, and the windows were donations. I had to buy the posts, cement, and fencing. I'd guess if I had to run out and purchase everything new it would have cost around $1500. Who keeps track of costs anyways when it's so fun to build stuff and watch the crazy chickens all the time?

Amazing job.... I also hated the idea of raising chickens.. but once they were here I took it, and ran with it.... mine is not as large or as nice as yours,
but the project itself was very enjoyable working with my Pops.... haven't built anything with him in decades...

Great Coop!! I was just thinking of putting flower boxes in front of mine Yesterday.
