Updated pictures of our chicks - now 3.5 weeks old!

I can't believe how healthy and happy these chicks are! The 2 moms were put together with the chicks a week ago and the chicks were let out into a fenced area last week also. We just opened up the fenced area 2 days ago since they seemed to sneak out as often as possible. They are getting along fine with the "big girls"

Looks like we have 4 roo's in the bunch and 20 hens.

The mama's took them on a little trip to the wooded side of the yard to scratch and peck in the leaves.

My 10 babies chicks are 3 weeks old now and I'm so afraid to let them free range. I know to
" Chicken" of me. They are buff orpingtons and I guess I'm afraid of hawks or anything else cause they are so small. Also will they know to come back to the coop ok?
