We got our eggs!

They actually arrived at the post office Saturday, but the employees there completely ignored the instructions written on the address label to call me for pick up, so I was only able to get them today.

Hope they'll still hatch alright. It's going to be a long 21 days.

same thing happened to me! but I got them the day that they arrived anyways. So frustrating. Fingers crossed!

I always get the sorting room phone number in advance and call around 5 AM the day they are supposed to arrive and go pick them up.
They are handling a lot of packages and rarely read everything on every package.

It may be different if everyone put the instructions in exactly the same place on every package. But they don't.
