We Have a crowing hen and 3 Roosters...why is she crowing?

Have read many posts saying that a crowing hen is normal when there is no Rooster. We have at least 4 and can't figure out why one of our hens is doing it to. anyone know why?

Dominance. Are all your roosters young? Because she says they are not the boss of her.

thanks! I bet that's exactly what it is. she's almost laying age but 2 of the 4 roos are younger than her and starting to crow. we were hoping to let them get a bit bigger (between the 2 hope for a meal) but they may need to go sooner.

If they aren't causing trouble you could let them get bigger. If they are fighting with your hen a lot for dominance, then they should go.
