He is still with us. I got over my staggers but he hasn't. But my grand daughter told me he eats and drinks more than any of the older ones in with him. A good sign. She is feeding this group game bird starter, 30% protien, med. She did it on her own and I think it might be a good idea. I guess if he has made it this for, he stands a good chance.
