We have a rooster?

I don't think you have a rooster. It's normal!

Blood spots/meat spots are the result of glitches in the egg development process not the result of fertilization. In commercial egg production such eggs are candled out and utilized for bakery products.

I have always been told by my grandmother that when the hen gets excited, like being chased by a varmit, dog or scared that causes the eggs to have blood in them. Could be an old wives tale.
