We have babies!

Well we have chicks prepping and zipping. I’m ready to start moving them to the brooder. What temperature should it start at for the chicks? And I know the temperature is supposed to drop as they age but I have a couple of chicks that hatched a day or two early and I might have some a couple of days late so how do I manage the different ages so to speak?
