We have Eggs Again! Do You?

It's a little later than usual, but as of this past weekend, our ducks started laying multiple eggs per day again! They are approaching their fourth birthday, and this was the longest break they have ever taken.

We celebrated by making bagels...

...and enjoying bacon, cheese AND THREE BIRD FARM EGG sandwiches!

Our girl Goose (who is the most resistant to doing anything beyond the straw in the duckhouse in the winter) made not one, but TWO trips the length of the property this morning making her happy sound the whole way! Spring is indeed in the air!

My chickens started laying in early March. Not all though, we have a few slackers. But we get 5 eggs a day give or take
