We have EGGS!

I'm so very excited! When I checked this morning, there were none...I went out this afternoon and found one in the run (a smallish one), and then I checked the coop and found one in one of the nests! YAY! And the one in the nest was normal size!
Should I worry about the one being laid in the run? And is there anything I can do to stop it? Not sure which of the twelve are laying, but excited all the same!

If there are chickens laying in the nest the others should follow. if not you may want to put a few in the nest boxes to help the chickens understand where they are suppose to lay. Most of the time that will do the trick. Congrats on the eggs and good luck on getting them all to lay in the nest boxes.

Thanks...I had the Easter eggs in there up until about two weeks ago when they started laying in the nests. Hopefully they will play follow the leader with this the same that they do with everything else! lol
