We have Pheasants now? couple of questions

I have had over 100 pheasants in the last 5 years. We have a large outdoor cage for them. We get 16 pheasants at a time we have a large cage, but as others said males do tend to fight with the other pheasants in the cage which can harm your two hens. I would recommend a house for them to sleep at night. A structure with random things for them to play with(which can be amusing). Also I would make a extra large run for them to walk around in so they don't get to cramped.
