Luke is really not doing well. It looks like his kidneys have shut down completely now. I think it's only a matter of time. I am numb. I really thought he was going to get better....

Luke fell into that perfect, eternal sleep yesterday morning at 10:47. My mother and I each kept a lock of his fur that we intend to frame. We are having him cremated. I don't know if animals go to heaven, but if they do, I bet he is up there chasing "sheepies" and eating chicken poop. I love you baby boy.

I'm soo sorry!! It hurts so bad when we loose our four legged friends.

We had a sheltie also. She died when she was 15 yrs old. I miss her so much. Shelties are the best dogs.
