We need a sticky for baby chick help

We need a sticky for baby chick help. Sometimes it only takes a few hours for the little ones to go from okay to near death.

Can someone much more knowledgable then me jot down a few things about how they handle early issues. We had two do of what I would call pneumonia and don't know if there was anything I could do.

Everyone must think I am a fool for not seeing it. I use the tapatalk app on my phone and that sticky didn't show up
