We need help wiring a thermosat in a 1202!

Ok here goes, you have three wires coming in white, blue, black.

Take the black to the first thermostac(was electric) hook one wire from the new thermo. to the black, the other goes to 2nd thermo.

I have the same problem kinda. Is it possible to use just one wafer assembly and cut the wires from other one.

You have a pic of how It's wired? What exactly is the issue?
They should be wired and line so you can't just cut the wires on one and call it good.
