Squishy? hard? doughy? if it just feels full of feed, That's the way it's supposed to be at the end of the day, it means they've been allowed to eat to fill. If it hasn't been like this before, they might not be getting enough in a day.
It’s squishy

We have a pet chicken and two ducks that found a way under our fence and in the neighbors yard somehow. They ate their chicken food which is not good quality. But the worst thing is is that they over ate and now they have impacted crops. We have been dosing them with water, and oil. It’s said to do that online. We are new to being chicken owners and we need some guidance. Give us any advice you have! Our other chickens didn’t make it under the fence, so they are fine. But one of them we noticed today has a large lump on the lower throat area. They haven’t laid any eggs since we bought them in April so we were thinking that it may be a forming an egg. Any thoughts on the matter????!!!!

It feels like there is feed in it. And as for the egg thingy it is more in the lower breast than throat I should have made that more clear. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Well when we touch her crop we can feel that there is food stuffed in it
When did your chickens go eat the feed at your neighbors?
Today, yesterday?

Check the crops first thing in the morning before the hens have had anything to eat/drink.
Tell us what the crops feel like then.
