I agree. A therapist can't really do much but talk to you

They help tons of people every single day. And so far she has been helping me. And also they can do stuff cause they can give you actual strategies and everything for dealing with stuff and coping and everything which I need.

I am a damn therapist.

:lau you are amazing! But it’s not just about the phone. She’s has tons of experience with all my other issues and have given me lots of ideas/help dealing with it. And I think the phone might be another bad coping mechanism tbh just like the stress eating and the other thing. She’s helped a lot so far with the anxiety too.

Mine doesn’t do that. She is really good and has helped me a ton even though I’ve only had three sessions. I’m sorry that it didn’t work for you but it works for a lot of people and I think it will work for me.

Also everyone (not just here but in general) has been telling me to see one for years and now I finally do and it’s a waste and stupid?

It is working for me.

My best friend's cousin is a hypochondriac...she is ALWAYS dying from something. Constantly in the hospital for nothing.
It's horrible....you don't want to get stuck in that way of thinking.
Some are addicted to the drama and attention of constant medical issues.


The problem is I need it for the dog thing.
What dog thing?

Get outta here. Go eat...then clean your tanks...then take a shower and brush your teeth....then grab a book and go to bed.

What?? How were any of those excuses? You asked what the difference was and I was explaining it. 🤦‍♀️ :th

She is not some hack. She’s a real professional with years of experience and training and is helping me a lot.

But I could just stop going and go back to all my bad habits and mental state.

It’s working for me 🤷‍♀️

And yeah I’m going to. I already showered and brushed my teeth this morning but I’m going to again cause I’m all gross from working outside
