We Quit Cigarettes

Losing track of how many days is awesome! All of a sudden a bunch are gone and WOW!

I just noticed...I just realized it's been a while.

I will not do fast food and trying to make them at home will piss me off. So no I will not eat those for you.
 
I've never met a plant based who has had those issues. There's a lot in my area. Everyone makes sure they get their daily dose of nutrients. A lot of us have gone to specialists who tell us how to eat correctly so we can maintain the health of our bodies. My blood gets tested monthly so I know I'm on track. It's a lot of maintenance to do it because you have to have responsibility to ensure to keep track of everything in the beginning.

Any diet I guess could do all that to you if you're not getting the vitamins and nutrients that you need.
This started off researching chicken feed. I came across doctors following low carb helping diabetics. I thought carnivore groups would consist of diabetics. There are some diabetics, some there for cardiovascular health, some individuals with autoimmune issues but it appears that most are former vegans. I'm glad it's working for you. :thumbsup
