I told her everything.

She reminded me it IS all a mind game.

I will continue taking the Chantix for the 3 months.
At the 3 month mark we can decide if I should continue it for a little longer or not.

She said she feels very confident I won't have to continue the meds if I come back to my next appt with the same attitude I brought today.

1. I highly, highly, highly doubt that will happen.

2. Even if she does suggest it (because they definitely won’t force you lol), it might not be so bad. I think everybody could use somebody to talk to (a professional) even if they don’t actually have any “issues” or whatever. you might really like them!
