I much prefer gas. My brother has electric and I always burn everything I hate it haha plus it’s a lot easier to accidentally leave on I feel like cause you don’t see the actual physical flame.

I hope i will always have a gas range! Had to cook on an electric one recently and everything was so sloooow! And then i burnt my hand because that stupid thing stayed hot for almost an hour after being turned off. Off means off with a gas range!
