We Quit Cigarettes

I quit smoking on day 7 of the medicine.
Today will be day 2 of no smoking. See how it says 12 or 24 weeks...I wonder if I should just take it for 6 months just in case.
I have a follow up appointment next week or the following (I don't remember) with my doctor to check my liver function again...I'm going to ask.

I think that’s a good idea to ask! They didn’t discuss it when they prescribed it?? And liver!? Is your liver okay!?

I just realized it's time to take my evening pill.

I think today has been much better than yesterday...not nearly as long.
:highfive:

I'm older than all y'all.
Better get some aerobic exercise activity going kiki,
so the smoking stoppage doesn't collaborate with the mid 40 'thickening'. ;)
Would help with the cravings too.

I'm on my excersise bike right this second.
