Every drug and supplement is dangerous when you don't know why you're taking it and how much you should be taking.
And it is dangerous to see a medical professional for a problem but not tell them the whole picture. That's what the sheet is for... doofus.
It might not seem like a big deal, and maybe it never will be for you. But doctors see stuff like that ALL the time, where there is a clear problem but the patient withheld information that would've made a diagnosis 10x easier.
