We Quit Cigarettes

Well good night to the lovely BYC folks time to settle in and get ready to go watch Homeland.
Congrats @Kiki one more day in the dust. If I had to guess today and the next several days will be tough(er) as your nicotine levels are really dropping down. Like I said find something to keep your mind and mouth busy. Hang in there. :highfive:

No the Chantix pills are little blue things.

When is the nicotine going to just be gone?
I haven't Googled anything about withdrawal stuff.

Yeah, I’ve heard that before I think but still do it all the time  which is why I’m trying not to do that anymore.

Not exactly sure I just remembered day 3 into week 3 were the toughest. Thing is that it’s not just the nicotine. To me it’s the habitual part that is just as tough to beat. Like getting into the car, drinking coffee etc.
All those things were strong triggers for me.

I die a little bit each time I get into my car but I just breathe...more like a big huff noise I make.
It's helping.
