We Quit Cigarettes

Well, I still reached for the ghost pack, but I haven't smoked. And it has become funny to be reaching for where the pack should be and find my hand moving around nothing, quick glance, realization "I don't smoke anymore" and a smile.

Even after 15 years I sometimes reach for the bag of chew that is no longer in my hip pocket when I release a dog at a field trial. :oops: I may not smile, but I made a promise, and I no longer chew.

I'd probably have a mini heart attack then call myself an idiot 😂

You're doing great! You'll feel better the more days that go by. It's amazing how much damage you can reverse by quitting.
