If they are campbells, you have 2 hens. Thelma is just the boss. The same sex mounting is basically "politics".

Here are 2 better pictures of Thelma the dark one and Louise the light one. They are real cuties and getting quite friendly. As you can see no curly tails !!

They look a bit like khaki/buff mixes instead of pure campbells...and they appear to both be girls. Those slate colored bills are a dead give-a-way.
