I would guess that c, e, f and g are your Roos! How old Are they all? And i have zero knowledge on turkeys it assuming sexing them is the same as with chickens, I'd say yeah, you've got a pair!
 
I'm not sure. I see a lot of roosters. Chicks A through G have a lot of red on the combs for 6-7 weeks.

I have no idea on the turkeys but I think you're right.

H and I both look like hens but I would have to see a closeup of hackle (neck) and saddle (lower back above tail) feathers on "I" to be sure. She sure sits like a hen. They look like they could be laying eggs.

J has a lot of red as well.

I'd be worried that all your young chicks pictured are cockerels.
 
I am not to worried about the chicks being roo's we have 35 chickens total. And need to cut that buy at least 5. So we will rehome them or eat them. Since they are all dual purpose. I will see if I can find more photos of red. If Not I will take one in the morning. Thank you for your time.
