I have a young OEGB pullet (hatched december last year) that seems sick. She has been in my main coop with other chickens, mainly large RIR mixes (keep in mind she is tiny, could fit in my cupped hands).
I noticed she was looking off about a week ago. She eats, but not alot. She is offered ad lib meatbird crumble, some fruit and veggies and some boiled egg crumbled up, she eats a small amount, but not much. She isn't laying yet, so it isn't egg binding.
She is pretty underweight which I hadn't previously noticed (she is in the run with 40+ other chickens) so I believe she has been bullied off of the food. She can walk, but is very wobbly.

Any idea what I can do or what this might be? I've been keeping her warm, and they were all wormed a couple of weeks ago.

Pic of her, taken this morning, the things on her face aren't mites, just bits of mud that dried on her,

Can you get some photos of her poop?

I would check her crop to make sure it's empty/flat first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink.

What do you use for a de-wormer?

If you have them, I would also give her poultry vitamins that contain B2, B1 and E.

Let us know how she is.

To worm I used this, purchased from my vet;

Administered properly and for the correct amount of time, the medicated water being the only water they could access.

Here's a pic of her poop, she is pooping regularly, occasionally when she has eaten less it is just urates and nothing else.
I'm thinking of getting her to a vet, but my vet is only in on Tuesdays.

Levamisole is a good de-wormer.

If you have vet care, that would be best if she's not improving.

Is her crop empty in the morning before she eats/drinks?
