Weak baby chick, is there anything I can do?

I had 16 chicks from a hatchery a couple of days ago and I kept them in an outdoor brooder. Suddenly one chick passed and now another chick is very weak and not moving much. I’ve been helping it drink water but it won’t eat. I’ve kept chicks before and hadn’t had this happen. The weak chick seems to have maybe blood on it’s wing. Maybe the other ones picked on it? It could also be poop I’m not sure. Any ideas would be helpful. I don’t think it’s wry neck as it doesn’t have a floppy head.

Hello! Give it raw egg yolk and undiluted nutri drench if you have it. If you don't have it, give her water sweetened with maple syrup or honey.
