This is an old post, so you may not get much response from the original posters.

A bird can be forced to vomit by turning it upside down and gently massaging the crop. This must be done carefully, and in short bursts so the chicken doesn't aspirate.

If you have a sick bird, you would do best to post a full write up in the emergencies/diseases/injuries forum.
