weak egg shell

Help...I feed the 4 chooks I have the same. There is one egg that has a soft shell and cracks open every day when other hens sit to lay. This has been happening in the last 2 weeks. They eat the same stuff and the other 3 are okay. They get scraps, commercial pellets, and free range. I also supplement them with shell grit.

Any advise please?

Feed them Oyster Shell you can get it at most feed stores the most common reason for this is Not enough Calcium as soon as she eats it within 24 hours her next egg should be fine!
