I have one chicken where the eggs seem to always be broken and the shells are very weak. The other chickens lay fine and they all have access to oyster shells. Any ideas on what I can do?

How old are your birds?
Has this bird always laid thin shells?
What all and how exactly are you feeding?
A supplement may help, it's worth a try if you know which bird it is.
Might help if we know....
Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.

It's easy to do, (laptop version shown), then it's always there!

Any other foods/treats or supplements?I feed them nature’s best organic layer feed
Yup always water that I put a little apple cider vinegar in, as far as treats sometimes veggies and mealworms, scratchAny other foods/treats or supplements?
Lots of good fresh plain water?
If it's really hot, that can have an affect on laying and shells in some birds.
Thank you I will try thatI'd cut out all foods but the layer....and quit the ACV, it can inhibit calcium absorption.
If you are having the heat wave we are, upper 80 to 90's for 10 days now, you might think about a dose of electrolytes, it can really help them beat the heat so they eat more.
I give a dose of Sav-a-Chick electrolytes/vitamins about once a week during heat waves.
It really seems to help....started this after they saved a heat stroked hen once.
Can mix up a smaller amount, just wrap the packet tight and store in a dry cool place. Always have plain water available too.
