Weak incubator chick

Hi everyone, this is our first time hatching eggs in an incubator. The first chick hatched yesterday morning and was up on their feet within an hour. The second one hatched this morning and is now 7 hours old but still flops around and doesn't stand up. Also when it falls on its back it is not able to roll over and will lie there as if it is has a seizure?

Is chick inside incubator still or in a brooder, with correct heat/warmth??
Turn it right-side,, and give it a chance. There is nothing that You can do more. Chick may eventually get more strength. Maybe place chick into a clothe donut, so she stays upright.

Thanks. It is still in the incubator with 3 unhatched eggs. Should I take her out?

Leave in incubator, unless you have an ideally warm brooder. Your incubator is nice and warm.
Is chick dried and fluffy??
Where is your other chick?

I definitely would leave it in the incubator until it's dry, fluffy, and running around. It's safer there than getting walked on in the brooder.
