weak legged muscovy

i have 4 female muscovy and 1 male but all the females cannot walk anymore and theres a yellowish colored stain on their back around the tail feather unfortunately i didn't take picture but anything input might help. thanks

Check for bumblefoot. The yellow stain is from the preen gland. If it is pretty noticeable it might be because the bird is to sick to preen regularly. Also, how old are they? It could be a niacin deficiency.
