weak polish

I have a polish that was hatch out monday from meyer which i got today.It is small and weak its walking around but it keep it eyes closed.i been given her sugar/vit water but she has not eat anything. ?Is there anything i can do to help her eat? I am upset a little bit to with the fact that the last two shipments from meyer came the next day from hatch date but this one didnt.

weak chickens need to be warmer, do you have any heat up bean bags or a heating pad? I give mine little bit of yolk water.
