Weak Quail hatched... Help!!

I have hatched 2 corturnix quail.

Both quails are weak and can't stand up. They're chirping. I have to feed them sugar water to keep them energised. How can I fix this problem?

How old/young are they?

Feed them game bird starter with at least 26% protein or hard boil an egg and give them the whites along with birdseed.
