I'll get photos today, it should help out better. I'll take a picture of the chicken killer if we caught it.

I wanted to continue with the traps, but my dad called it quits, & had me dump the carcasses. The gap in the fence between the coop where the critter tried to pull the chicken through is too small for a coon to squeeze through, it's like maybe 3 inches wide at most. That should heal up ok, keep it covered with some antiobotic cream like triple antibiotic or niesporin.
The stickyness will keep the flies off.
The trying to pull the chicken through a gap thing once again does not sound Like weasel.
Be prepared for other preditors with your traps. Set some bigger ones that will catch bigger preds like coon and possum...i have them, so do you.
Once again, good luck! And let us know if you catch this thing.
Thanks. I need help figuring out away to prevent, or trap weasels to stop the rampage.
We don't have any of that. Thanks though.I would put snake/grape wire around the pen and pack concrete into the bottom of the coop. Cover the concrete with dirt and rocks. This has kept all the predators out that we have, even snakes! Prepare yourself for if a weasel gets stuck in a snake/grape wire. They usually can't get out and tangle themselves up and die.
