We can get below 0° here and I wouldn't say 28° is hot in any way but that's pretty mild in winter. I wouldn't complain.
98° is very upper end of our hot summer days. Feels weird saying that when it's mid September and it's been mid 90°s for the last several days.
I'm beginning to think I hate cold and hot.
