Hatching has started.

I got 3 long crowers out of my 5 shipped eggs.

All 5 developed, 1 quit an one didn't internally pip
Heres one of the 3.

Only had 6 out of 41 eggs not hatch counting the 5 shipped.

3 quiters an 3 failed to hatch. My bet hatch yet.

Are you going to have another batch hatching soon. That is the best idea I have seen yet!!

I set eggs to hatch every Saturday. Most weeks they start hatching Friday morning. Next weeks hatch will go in to the hatching tray Wednesday night. Its something like 15+ shipped large Frizzle Cochins (hoping for some that are barred) an the rest of the tray filled with EEs.

Out of 15 Large Cochin frizzles I had shipped 8 made it to the hatching tray.

These I need to hatch.

What about the EEs?? This is going to be great. I have been checking your site constantly since yesterday, waiting for you to put the eggs in there!!

lol I have EEs coming out my ears an breeding stock laying 20+ eggs a week.

I'm not going to loose sleep over weather they hatch or not. I only have one Cochin so those I'm going to lose sleep over....

I am planning to try and get some EEs. I told my mother-in-law today that I hope I have some laying by next Easter. Then I don't have to dye eggs, just boil them!! I don't really want the pure breeds, just some good, pretty, egg layers!! I wish I could take some off your hands!!
