Rosewood Poultry website notes
Home page
Personalise it more, bit more about how came to be chicken breeders, pictures of the farm and chickens roaming on it. People buy in to a story they can identify with, so tell them a story on the home page and intertwine with relevant pictures to draw them in.
In essence should be an overview of what the site is about and the people running the business.
Design a logo that unique to Rosewood Poultry, it is your brand identifier.
Remove Breeds currently offered from home page and either create a special category titled Breeds currently offered on Home Page or add to Breed section and make it a highlighted feature of the Breed section.
Breeds
Mix up pictures and writing more pleasing on the eye, lumping a bunch of pictures together then writing in block underneath doesn’t make best use of space and breaks up block shapes which not ideal.
Remove blank page for Americauna and have a news section as one of the main sections on home page where can put notices on about impending new breeds, site updates, changes etc. People can click on it and keep themselves up to date with the latest at rosewood poultry.
For Sale section misleading rename Pricing and Delivery Options
Due to the prices of feed, medication and supplies, we reserve the right to change prices on any stock without notice. This ensures you are getting the healthiest stock possible.
This statement on Our Policy page is a bit abrupt and may make people think twice. Need to think about wanting custom not driving it away. Think about adding “However, we will never change prices without informing our clientele as far in advance as possible, and the price will never be amended on an order already placed.”
Available Now- either centralise writing to each picture or place writing below each picture.
