weeds and chickens

I am just starting out and have two chickens in my backyard. they are free roaming but i have weeds and need to spray for weeds and unwanted grass in flower beds. Is there anything i can spray and not harm the chickens. thanks

Read the directions on the label. I think that you would have to lock your girls up until the chemical breaks down and is safe for pets.
